L. McComber is a Montreal-based architecture firm who work on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Their reputable work has received many awards over the years and deserves to be seen by everyone, in Quebec and beyond!

I had the pleasure to work as a web designer on their new website when I freelanced for Utopsie in the summer of 2018. The mandate called for a simple website where the firm could showcase its work and awards as well as familiarize the public with the L. McComber team.

The design was kept minimal to give the beautiful photography the most impact. We decided to put the photography on the center stage by having it displayed in a full-width slideshow at the top of the home page. That way, it presents the user with a preview of some of the firm’s most beautiful projects right away. That slideshow format is also used in project pages to show the projects in detail.
